Cindy and her team did a good job working with the buyer and setting expectations. And communicating when things were needed. The buyer needed to sign documents early because of travel schedules. The team got the clear to close early. The only disappointment was that once we had clear to close on a Friday that docs were not at escrow by Monday. I want to say it's the balance of deep competency plus genuine care for the person behind the transaction that makes Cindy so good, but that would imply some tradeoff. Cindy and her WHOLE team are maxing out the scale on both. I wouldn't just recommend Cindy and her team to my friends, I would straight up tell them they'd be making a mistake not letting her take care of them. She answered all my questions, pinged my phone when I was slow to reply to email, researched alternatives, and just called to see how I was doing. ... read more
