About Cindy Cindy’s love for real estate began early in her life. As a kid, she would travel the neighborhood with her childhood friend exploring homes under construction. They would try and figure out which room was which then would settle bets on who was right. After obtaining her Bachelor’s with a major in accounting from Brenau University, Cindy started began her career in banking. Her love of numbers and real estate finally merged in 2001 when she moved into mortgage lending.

Cindy is the absolute best. She got my clear to close a week in advance and we are ready to close.
They kept us informed about everything and explained it all in an easy way to understand.

Cindy Vandiver made the experience great. She worked hard along with me to make our Puerto Rico tax returns acceptable for the process. When the top level underwriters waited until the very last few days before closing to bring up questions/issues that should have been addressed weeks before, causing an immense amount of stress for me, Cindy bore down with me to figure out what we could do in order to have the loan approved. She sincerely cares about her clients and it shows in all that she does.
As always, the communication was great and you served the client very well at getting closed on time.
We were constantly in the loop about what was happening and always had our questions answered quickly!
As usual Cindy worked her magic! In a nutshell Cindy gets things done professionally, in a timely manner and keeps me updated with Stockton's awesome app (as well as direct follow-up). I will continue referring to Cindy!
