Ciot sold us porcelain countertops, which were delivered in different colors than what we ordered. They did nothing to correct the mistake, not offering any solutions to the problem. They will not return phone calls and have been extremely arrogant to deal with on this issue. We recently used CIOT (Troy) for our new kitchen counters. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and our salesperson understood that we only wanted Quartzite because we cook a lot and did not want marble, granite or anything else that would etch or scratch easily. We were 100% dead-set on Quartzite, natural stone. Very poor customer service . Can’t get samples on time as requested. They send the wrong tiles . Then when you need more tiles , it takes forever. Overnighted evidently doesn’t mean the same to them as it does to anyone else.
