The dock was flooded. There was no way for someone with disabilities to disembark onto Bear Mountain.

Do NOT bring any outside food or drinks onboard (even if they are SEALED/NEW/FULL) and want to eat it on the mountain. They didn't even allow WATER! They force you to throw it out in a bin at the security check line. They only want you to eat and drink THEIR overpriced food and drinks onboard their ship for the nearly 3hrs it takes to get to the mountain and the 3hrs back. Bring an empty water bottle if you want to hike bear mountain because there's a water fountain by the inn.

This is a very weird experience. It is a family setting with people getting annoyingly drunk and wanting to fight. The staff is confused. There is NOT enough seats for everyone. People are sitting on the floor and arguing over saved seats. The hike is sick and the food isn’t bad, but its a stressful boat ride that you can’t wait to get off of.

Great way to see the sights! My only issue was it was difficult to hear the tour guide with all the people around talking either to each other or on cell phones and kids/babies crying. They should offer headsets to those that want to listen!

Do not be fooled by the pictures. The tour looked nothing like the images on the site. we sat in folding chairs in single filed rows like a wedding, no one could move around or go by the edge unless you were already sitting there. They over packed the boat and had no tables as seen in pictures. The bartender was one lady that could not even service 15% of the people on the boat. FALSE ADVERTISING.

Maybe a little less talking to be able to relax would have been better overall it was good.
