The guide was knowledgeable but also impatient! I could even say that sometimes he was rude. Why? Because no one can miss anything that he’s saying. If if it happen, and someone request him in a very polite way to repeat a small portion of what he was explaining, he get offended and rude. It happened to me. Overall, everything was nice besides his behavior.

The boat was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Despite being a cold day, the cruise was terrific. It afforded exceptional views of the city. The biggest and most disappointing downside was that the speaker system on the outside deck was not working properly for half of the cruise. Once it started working, we were delighted with the rich history of the city and Statue of Liberty.

I've done boat tours in NYC before as well when family came to visit and this was by far the best experience.
It is a brilliant attraction, the best according to my daughter and I would tend to agree. The guide was phenomenal, recommending highly.
