Exceptional I found it difficult to navigate the hotel due to several areas being closed off, and clearer signage would have been helpful. There was also a noticeable lack of security presence to assist guests when needed. Additionally, it was very challenging to get housekeeping services. Although the mobile app was available, I still had to call the front desk for assistance. Beautiful property amazing view

Exceptional Everyone in the Lobby was very nice and helpful when asking questions. The room was clean and cozy! Only complain is that the employees working the arcade/ kids area looked miserable and we’re rude.

Pleasant The fact that the person parking the cars once you check in charge us 50 cash and was later to find out it was only 20 dollars to park and then when we check out our car was ran threw and they stole jackets and just made a mess inside the car I like the fact the casino are all connected
