Nice, uneventful stay. Pity that the buffets were all closed. The window shades were all messed up. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. The TV worked.
Very Good Walk from check-in to Sky Tower with bags was difficult. Should have ramps at each set of stairs. Comfy bed. Roomy bath.
Good hotel, but unfortunately incompetent staff at the reception. The reception staff was incompetent. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people via booking. 3 of us arrived at night for late check-in (01.00 AM). There was a long queue for check-in, we had to wait for >30 min. When we reached the reception desk we received the card for only the first room We did not receive the card for the second room, because the second room was under the name of the 4th person who had not yet arrived.
