nice staff, comfortable beds. A lot of the shops were closed. It’s difficult for a person with disabilities to get around because the elevators are so spread out and very few and don’t connect to the hotel directly The beds were very comfortable. Very nice staff

Clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. The check-in and checkout were stressful. My card, despite being a Visa, would not work on their machines. In the end I had to request a payment link, and the staff was not friendly at all even though the issue was not my fault. Same thing with checkout, it took much longer because of the workaround they had to do to send me the payment link, and the information did not transfer to the next shift. Mistaken location. It was not as close to his medical appointment as we had thought it to be. We booked this location because we thought it was closer to where my husband had a medical appointment in the morning.

Great location and good affordability I didn’t appreciate not being told in advance that Valet parking is no longer free of charge. We were caught off guard by the $20.00 charge with “cash only”

While I'm not one who enjoys the "overstimulation" of a casino atmosphere, the room was quiet & cozy Carpet was rather stained . . . A simple Microwave would be much appreciated. There is plenty of room for one NOTE: Bathroom shower needs maintenance - hot cold was INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to control. Probably would be an easy fix by a plummer or capable handyman Got an 'Older Room" and actually liked it better than seeing a slicked out upscaled modern layout. Cozy
