Ok stay, just not what we reserved. We had a confirmation for a King Room. When we got there, they had changed it to a queen room. They also sent our receipt to another person in our party.

Exceptional Having not traveled in recent times. I am appalled at the amount of taxes that are collected. 200% tax assessment is absolutely ridiculous! Friendly check-in was very much appreciated!
