Over all I had a wonderful time and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Not enough restaurants open late night. We were there to bowl the USBC tournament and when you bowl at 9:30 pm when you get done you tend to want food. How come you can get alcohol 24 seven but not food and I mean good food not the fast food like pizza and burgers. My room was nice, and the staff made sure my friend and I were on the same floor only a couple rooms away. The casino was clean and staff was friendly. My stay was absolutely fabulous! I have nothing bad to say. My stay was pretty much as perfect as possible. The location was perfect, only a couple of blocks away from the National Bowling Stadium, which was my reason for coming to Reno. Staff was great, check-in and check-out were easy and quick. I liked that this hotel was connected to two other casinos, so there were many choices for food and gaming. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Reno in the future.

Pleasant The beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. You only got 2 pillows that were badily flat windows were dirty with smudges on the inside.alot of difference in reno since last time i was there. Will not stay in reno again didnt feel safe with family walking down the street. Ct
