Reno is dirty and rundown, but the casino was clean and accommodating. it was in Reno, not a great place. it was a casino, the staff was extremely professional and helpful.
You get what you pay for but we payed too much!! initial check in the First Lady was very rude and not very welcoming. we were offered and upgrade but didn’t seem like much of an upgrade. it took us 1 hr to find our room as it wasn’t explained to us we stayed here overnight. lots of facilities for all family.
Wonderful Instructions on where to park and how to find room was not clear. Nice clean room. Great value
