Nice hotel but unqualified staff. The front desk messed up our check-in several times. First they charged us to get into the tower close to the reception. Then they gave us the wrong room number so that the door won’t open. Then they reprogrammed the key and we got into a room that was already occupied. Next step was to put us in a room in a different tower far away fro the rest of the group and we had to carry our luggage there. beautiful view inside the coffee pot was dirty the view
nice location but lost a lot to find elevator and card a mess. to far to room. card only work about 1/2 of the time. done downtown
