Pleasant Access to front desk was under maintenance such that you had to walk through the smoky casino to get there. Few inexpensive food options, and none for breakfast, in the casino. Out of service shuttle (sic) to additional building with no signs indicating how to walk there. Signage in hotel and casino was generally inadequate (e.g., "Hotel Entrance" without naming which of several hotels it might be). The people working at the hotel were the best part. The room was serviceable but showing it’s age. The room was a bit worn down and in need of basic maintenance. The staff were awesome. From the people at the front desk to the people in the casino it was a great experience.

Very Good
We would stay again if that nuisance was taken care of. There were cars outside our window doing donuts and making screeching noises in the middle of the night. Where was law enforcement to get them to leave. I didn't sleep well because of it. What breakfast? My husband bought coffee and rolls downstairs. The room was fine. It was clean.
acceptable location for quick ski trip to Mt Rose there was nothing I didn’t like. feels like a dying / old property. no complaints. not sure why I have to pay a resort fee- for what? the room was fine w nice view. it was actually quiet room.
