Could have told me my room was changed and before you book know that they change $40/ room They charged an additional 40$/ room upon arrival Booked king room got 2 queen mattress room Casino was neat

Exceptional Valet took a bit to get car when you did want to leave the hotel for a day trip It was nice and good it connected to 2 other hotels and casinos which offered even more variety of places to go things to do without having to go outside or travel far and you could easily walk from one to another all indoors

Overall it was good. Some inconveniences Missed having general information in room about the hotel. No note pad or pen, husband need to make call and get some information had no way to write it down. Coffee pot was set up in location with no place to plug it in, had to drag it around room and find spot. Good location Room comfortable And clean Staff friendly and helpful

Nice, but they're cutting corners. There are no paper maps available and directions within the property were lacking. We felt lost a lot. It is obvious the whole property is scrimping to save money - running out of sugar at a coffee shop - really? Bed was comfy.
