Pleasant Lot's of things are run down. Not good quality like it used to be. I liked the location. Very convenient for just passing through

Good Sketchy people right outside the hotel, the garage doesn’t feel safe, the front desk lady was rude. We had to walk 10 minutes going upstairs and downstairs with luggage to our room, poorly designed building structure, very inconvenient. Phone in the room was not working. My husband had to walk 10 mins back to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. Room was nice and nicely decorated.

Good They didn't have cashiers in the casino had to go the Silver Legacy to cash in tickets. The young lady security guard dark hair with glasses told me I could donate my change but after loosing I felt I needed it more than donating it. I really felt like it wasn't her business. No sages in the rooms. It was convenient to get to the Courtyard

Comfortable rooms and very clean. Liked that we had the ice and vending machine outside our door. The food court and sel The tram to transfer from the main tower to the sky tower was not working and we had to walk across the parking lot hallway to get to our tower, plus it was humid and hot too. No air conditioning in that section of the hotel. Very clean and nicely remodeled rooms
