Very convienent to National Bowling Facility. Nothing Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Exceptional Coffee creamer Neat, clean, great view. Temp perfect. Need to do something about the coffee supplies in the room. The creamer is awful, had to use all 4 packs to even show a color.

bereavement travel nothing specific comes to mind other than the bathroom door in the hallway required your room key to access but they were locked on top of that. such a big place to walk to everything but easy to find overall. there could be more of a response to the check in counter than just 2 people with a huge line waiting. we tried to check in using the kiosk and it just told us to get back in line to see a counter person. very frustrating!!
