Exceptional slippery bath tub. downtown Reno seems unclean and harboring homeless beggars. clean and quiet room.

Good Although there is fun games, but the arcade was expensive. There also needs to be better prizes to redeem tickets. Would like more variety of food choices on-site. It can be confusing to navigate through hotel initially but easy to learn after a few days stay. There was good breakfast at the on-site restaurants. My kids enjoyed the arcade area and circus performances. Liked working out in the gym. Yummy yogurt shop!

Nice room but quite the walk We didn’t get their upgrade so we were put in the older building a farther walk to the main area. The room was very clean.
