Exceptional Me and my 6 yo girls had extremely disruptive next door neighbors, who were loud, obnoxious and threatening. After multiple incidents and complaints, the security staff appropriately evicted them. The hotel cannot be responsible for irresponsible guests, yet they dealt with them in a reasonable and time sensitive fashion. Even though we were wakened by them at 2:00am, 2:30am, 3:00am, 4:00am and 8:00am, I rate the facility and staff at 10/10 on all measures. Thank you!
