Not terrible The shuttle didn’t work. I’m handicapped and had to walk to and from the Sky Tower. It was very exhausting Didn’t have breakfast.

Very Good The cleaning staff constantly knocking regardless of the do not disturb sign or us telling them we were sleeping. There was one hard pillow and one soft pillow on each bed

Downtown Reno is going downhill. Not an inviting area to stroll we stayed in the sky tower which was a long way from the registration desk. the shuttle was not running and it was a very long walk Good price and comfortable room
