it was just ok. I was looking at roofs and chimneys as my view. the AC/heater was loud. the water in the tub while showering did not drain as fast. price

overall a great stay. we were on the shuttle for over 30 minutes with the air turned off when it became stuck. these things happen. very close to the Italian Festival without walking out into the middle of it. housekeeping was outstanding at tidying the room.

Good value for the room, check in was a HOT MESS. Took me 40 MINUTES to check in. It has never in my life EVER taken that long to check into a hotel. Room was quiet.

A maze of a place but good rooms The staff person saw we had massive suitcases and so many we could barely move our items, yet put us in a room that required us to go up and down several flights of stairs. She could easily have put us in a closer room accessible by elevator. She was trying to give us a quiet room, which what we requested, but next time we'll ask for a room that doesn't require stairs!
