Friendly staff and room was comfortable to stay in. certain power outlets did not work. connected to other hotels and friendly staff.

liked it but not 40$ in resort fees for no valet or swimming pool. did not understand why fees so expensive resort fees with limited amenities. when asked for any compensation was denied. believe they could have offered something in return staff were mostly nice

We had a great time with our kids. They had a blast in the arcades. Check-in was absolutely crazy, with a very long line. There should be a quicker way to check-in or more staff working the desk during check-in time. The facility and room were very clean. The room received daily cleaning as well. It was also nice having connecting rooms for the kids. And it is in a great location to get to all the casinos. Parking wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and always had a parking space available.
