Pleasant Lower level of the sky tower didn't feel safe, seems like lack of security for people sleeping in the unoccupied spaces and youth 'hanging' out, harassing people waiting for the elevator. Ok room, seems refreshed which was nice.

Very Good The tub was clogged with previous guests hair and had not been cleaned. Heating system was noisy and faulty. But staff did respond immediately to our concerns. See photo of bathroom, thats what i pulled from drain. Price, great staff

Recently renovated... I think so... I was in the sky tower, the shuttle was down on my way out. And in my way in, the elevators weren't working either. You couldn't go up, only down (like a sick casino joke). The rooms and the casino seemed A LOT cleaner and fresher than I had expected!
