Pleasant I didn’t like to wait for too long just to take the elevator, after a long day of activities it was not pleasant to wait in line to check in and then wait in line to go up to the room, I had to wait in line for one hour to check in and about 45 minutes just to take the elevator

Great location! The wait/line to check in was more than 45 minutes. There were only 4 staff at Registration and it smelled very strongly of cigarettes throughout the facility. There must be poor ventilation. The location was ideal and there was plenty of parking and the staff were friendly.
not vey pleasant needed to wait for the elevator for about an hour. we asked a worker do u have stairs. he said no. which is ridiculous because you need stairs just in case of an emergency. also at the Casino at the sports area bar was the guy was super rude. we asked him what drink what recommended and he said like well I don’t. we have everything and was like what do u want. my husband was still looking at what we wanted and no one was there just us and was making him make a quick decision. super rude.
