I’ll likely choose another option next time I visit the area. Our room wasn’t as clean as it should be, especially the bathroom. The elevators weren’t working properly and the lines got really long just to get up to your room. We were on the 28th floor so the stairs were not an option. Also the food court was really understaffed and not being cleaned at all, I had to use my own hand wipes to clean a table. I get that everyone is understaffed but it was pretty gross. Exceptional Todo estaba bien. Muy limpio y cómodo.
We have seen a major change in this town in the 45 years since we first visited it. T.V. Channels were pretty bad, very little choice for a hotel. For what we paid and resort fee on top, was surprised room cleaning was taken away for the 3 nights we stayed. We were to ask for towels or amenities if we needed them. Even though it was a non smoking room….still had a cigarette smell to it. Room had a nice view. Bed was clean. Mattress was fairly comfortable.
