Overall the hotel is great and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed at a mini suite, the room, living room and bath ro The only issue we faced is that the elevator was hard to manage, we and other people were having a hard time trying to insert the key card and select the floor number. This happened every time we used the elevators. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is just amazing and they are always welcoming all types of groups, Circus circus is the best hotel in Reno for families.
