Overall, nice stay. Not enough restaurants open. $25 minimum bets at tables was ridiculous. I originally thought the room was very clean until I turned the nightstand light on. The dust was thick on the clock and nightstand. Bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very large and bathroom was also.
Good No valet, yet they were parking cars right in front of registration door. Hard to constantly walk back & forth to parking lot when you are disabled & use a walker. No bell service to help with luggage. Beds were not properly made on last day of trip.

Good Some spots in our room were sticky and we had to clean it up because our things were sticking to it. The bed was super clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and entertainment was good.
Exceptional
Circus Circus Reno stay Due to pandemic some of the businesses hours are more limited. The tram between hotel buildings wasn’t running and certain gift shops closed. Limited hours for certain restaurants etc. Pillow too large and bulky. Some smaller softer pillows for bed would be nice. convenient location.

Very Good Could have used a mini fridge and microwave that would have been nice. Coffee maker and coffee was available in the room which was nice.
