Great location, overpriced mess. Our ac and the ac in my families room barely worked. The filter looks like it’s never been changed. Our mini fridge was never cleaned after the last guest, so when we checked in, our room smelled like rotten food because they left food, coffee and open bottles of alcohol in there. We told the front desk and they said they couldn’t move us because they were full. Very Good Freezer area in the refrigerator was not working. That includes the freezer for the mini suite, and the 2 refrigerators in the other rooms we rented. You need to pay more attention to little things like the person that had had room 2581 before me wrapped saran wrap around the smoke detector, which I just removed and the glass peep hole on the door was missing. Somebody just jammed some tissue into the hole from the inside. And again, how did housekeeping not see it? None of the ice buckets had a plastic bag inside ... read more
