Labyrinth and vending inventory Hotel registration and getting to rooms from parking garages was very confusing. Better signs needed to find one’s way around as well as in elevators to know which floors to exit to get to main thoroughfares. My daughter was on crutches and it was very difficult to get from parking garage to sky tower. There were many stairways for which there wasn’t a good alternative. First time here I requested a crib in the room when I booked our stay and then verified when I checked in and there was still no crib I had to call housekeeping four times to get the crib and they didn't bring it up till almost midnight. The room is very small and didn't have anywhere for us to sit and eat. I've been at hotels where there's at least a table in the room with chairs for the family to sit and eat I also had requested a microwave because we have babies and we needed to warm their milk that's another thing that t... read more

Staff was nice but room didn't feel clean. The bathroom was dirty. Floor had coffee spills and something sticky. Didn't seem like it had been mopped. There was also a floss pick left behind on the sink from previous guest. Carpet also wasn't vacuumed well. Front desk staff was friendly
