Wonderful The water pressure in the sink was terrible, the tub kept flooding because the drain cover kept closing after lifting it up many, many times! So ANNOYING!!! No microwave in the room anymore??!! How are you supposed to warm up cold food?? I liked the set up in the mini King suite. The bed was a great size and having the room separated from a "living" room was cool!! This side of the hotel is so much better!! You should make The Tower the same or at least better!

Nice Get Away... We unfortunately only stayed one night vs two nights (we had an emergency and couldn't make the first night). I contacted the hotel informing them of my circumstances and I contacted booking.com hoping to resolve the issue of being reimbursed or credited for a future hotel stay for the missed night. However, the hotel stated they did not receive an email from booking.com on my request for not getting charged, so the issue was never resolved and I lost out on one night stay for my God-daughter's first trip to... read more
