Disappointing
Necessary Booked online for a family member and thought I jumped through all the hoops to let her check in without me…. Should have been more clear I would HAVE to be at the hotel, IN PERSON to check in when using my cc. Complementary water
Disappointing Garage elevator no work, inside no ramps, walking from garage to registration to room took over an hour. They Lost reservation. We were charged more then my sister who stayed the same time and days we did. The room AC was so loud kid couldn't sleep with it on and it was super hot inside. All the great options of entertainment inside excellent, even saw fireworks.

Not worth the resort fee. The room was not clean. Fresh linens but spills everywhere. No fan or lighting in the bathroom. The size of the room and the comfort of the bed were nice. Lots of charging ports.
Disappointed No pool even though booking.com stated there was a pool and gym , charging a resort fee seems unreasonable considering parking is public and WiFi is super slow, beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom toilet was dirty, towels were rough. Hall way to the rooms had a nasty smell, room was dusty.
Fair There is no special atmosphere. No place outside of your room to just relax. Hotel is very old and run down. No swimming pool. Not anything
