Creo que deverian de tener un mapa de las instalaciones Que la calefaciones no sirven yo tenia 2 cuartos y aninguno le servia y los cuartos bien frios El lugar muy bonito cuando ise el chekeo pregunte que piso y toda la I formation me dijeron el piso tal cuarto tal ala hora andube buscando el numero de cuarto en el piso que me dijeron y resulta que el piso era otro
Fair Did not have the room size i book No waitress staff by the electronic roureluctables for hour. The shuttle was down to take you across the hotel It was clean.

not relaxing or fun dirty and cold dirty and put us in a tower away from everything and no transportation had to walk and cold in the hallways as if you were outside
No customer service!!!!! customer service was horrible and they charged for a night that I needed to switch dates because of road closure due to snow back in December. close to downtown Reno
the room was bad in cleaning the room is not clean people
with my experience I will not be booking at circus circus again. the bedding had pubic hair and a crusty substance on all the sheet and the blanket. I called to have it changed and they tried to use the same blanket in front of me. I liked that it was close to the venue we were there for.
