Fair First off I'd like to say that I was late checking in however when I spoke with the receptionist on the phone before checking in I let them know that I was going to be checking in late when I arrived my price was not honored that I was quoted and although they did try double the price I was quoted the manager was willing to still give a higher rate than what I was quoted but better than when just speaking with the other receptionist but I did have to ask to speak with the manager about my reservations and what I was quo... read more
for five days use same towels trash not thrown out in hallway there was a empty glass of wine in same place until pickup understaffed the room was not cleaned after I went to inquire three times I asked to be moved the room smelled of mildew they kept telling me come back in few hours after three tries I got frustrated. Never again!!! nothing
