Inconvenience Despite the fact that I specifically noted my time of arrival my room was no longer available upon check in

Bad It smelt like dirt and smoke. Did not feel safe. Very run down. Staff was nice
Disappointing
Terrible. Would not stay here again. Restaurants were not open till later in day. Elevators to our room were always busy. Long lines. Took too much time to get to room. Casino tables weren’t open till evening. Children running up and down hallways. No microwave in room.

Not Worth it!!! All the employees looked and acted unhappy to be there which just made the overall experience not good,the employees that run the carnival games were rude and would barely answer guestions or even smile. Also they advertise that they have a shuttle on their website but that's not the case but didn't find out until I was there waiting on their shuttle to come through.
