I would recommend not using their service. They will bombard you with calls and texts so be prepared. The constant 5 star reviews in short amount of time is very weary. The agent I was working with tried very hard to get me to sign up the service with him. I told the agent I found an electric company which gave a great deal after I spend 1k kilowatt. Regina was so amazing! She was very resourceful and informative. Her attitude was really amazing and put me at ease that everything would be fine. This is an amazing service that took several items off my list as I am relocating to a new state. Would definitely recommend!!
Candy came to our conversation prepared, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us solve our important service details in 45 minutes that would've otherwise taken 4-5 hours individually with each service provider. She even offered her own personal recommendations and suggestions along the way! Very enjoyable conversation and felt very personable and sincere.
