***** was very pleasant and patient with me as I have memory issues and difficulty finding the words I'm trying to say. That being said, I realized during the conversation that I was not speaking with SSA which is who I thought I had called, and that I would have to pay this company if I won my case. Also the number of complaints filed with BBB makes me very nervous.
