I think *** did a excellent job, everyone else I talked to didn't give me no type of good explanation or understanding about the disability process. *** did a excellent job with explaining to me everything about the process and how it works and the understanding while he interviewed me with tons of information which made me feel comfortable with wanting to answer his questions respectfully.
