Usually I don't accept phone calls about major events but I am glad I did. **** was very patient with me. She really set me at easy with the whole concept of applying this way. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was a very nice, knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. I just now got all started so we will see what happens next.
