I've been going to Citracado Dental since the 80's. The staff has always been professional and caring. Had a procedure recently and I am a very High Anxiety patient. Nancy took great care with me and supported me through the entire procedure. Thanks Nancy. My hygienist Robyn also is very kind and patience with me. The staff has always been amazing!
Posting for my 92 y.o. Mom, who had a crown replaced and a filling touch-up today - by Dr. Robert! Her whole experience was Fantastic! She even napped a bit! Dr. Robert and his assistant Amy, were very gentle, caring and explained each step. They even gave her a blanket! Very sweet! She also enjoys her hygienist, Kim! Always friendly staff! So happy she is in their care!
I have always had such a wonderful experience with all staff and procedures completed at Citracado Dental! Having had several cleanings as well as a crown with partial tooth extraction, the entire process is always made so much less stressful due in large part to their kindness, professionalism, and great sense of humor, along with the incredible attention to detail and time spent in patiently explaining the process as well as sharing dental knowledge overall to address any questions or concerns I expressed. Dr Nick and his staff are wonderful. I had an emergency that came up before my first appointment and they were able to work me in right away. They put me at ease from the moment I walked in till I left. Dr. Nick had even texted me at home to check in on me after hours to be sure I was doing good. I have never had a dentist do that. That to me is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
Great caring people. Nice office. Love all the pictures they take so you can see for yourself what they see. Vanessa is amazing. If you have a concern, talk to them about it. They really listen.
