I accepted the quote on Friday and Chris was at my house on Monday morning to get the job done! There was a lot of mold and algae on one side of the house and I wasn't sure it would come clean. When Chris was finished the siding looked like new with no stains. Very happy with the work!!
Chris called to inform us he was on his way Chris was very professional and appear to be knowledgeable of all our outside needs we were very pleased with the outcome as well as with the service I definitely would recommend him in the future and have him back in 2 years just to keep it looking good. I cannot say enough about my experience with the job that Chris did on my home. My old farmhouse looks amazing. He was able to remove years of dirt and mold from not only the siding but from the original shutters. My home and garage look years newer. He was such a professional and even came a little early to set up. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a professional powerwashing. I know I will definitely be using him again!
Chris was extremely professional from giving an quote, to sending the contract via email with all supporting documents (license and insurance) to arriving to do the job. He was on time and finished the job in the time span stated. The house, sidewalks and backyard paver terraces look great!!!! He came prepared with a tarp to cover the koi fish pond to protect the fish from the chemicals used on the terraces. Very pleased!!!!
I was very pleased with their work! They washed and did years of oxidation build-up removal on the house until it worked and didn't charge me extra. It was tough, but they didn't give up. They also washed the back cement pad, front pavers and a shed. They were very prompt, professional and detail-oriented. Everything looks great! I will definitely have them back in the future!
I am very pleased with the results of the process they use. All surfaces came up bright and clean. White metal roof look great and porches with decks and white railing came out perfect.
