I can't express how much I love and appreciate City Creatures! I started taking 2 of my 3 dogs here about 3 years ago. I didn't transfer my oldest because his vet had taken care of him for 11 years, through a few bouts of Mast Cell surgeries and such, and I felt keeping him with the vet that knows him was best (eventhough I was thoroughly displeased with them for the last 4 years or so). Great staff, clean facility. Dr. Jim and his staff are thorough and attentive. It's nice to know my dog's care provider is interested not only in her health, but my plans and activities for her. A vet who understands crazy dog people and can constructively and helpfully engage with us is a treasure. We value our relationship with City Creatures and are thankful to have them as a care partner for the most important member of our family.
Great practice! The vets here saved my sweet 4 year old Guinea pig, they had to euthanize another pet in the past but both times I’ve visited, staff were kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your pets here! Great exotic pet care in my experience. Can’t thank the staff there enough for all they’ve done for my pets and family.
