I had two very good haircuts from Jenny and rated City Image five stars. Then, last Friday, I went back but Jenny was not available so I booked with Danny. Note, I reached out directly twice before leaving this review in the hopes we could resolve my disappointment without posting a negative review but I did not get a response.
