this is the worst company ever... they dropped the ball last minute. do not do business with them, you'll regret it. Marcus Sharp was so unprofessional. if you do business with them be prepared to lose your deposit.
I closed on a home in April. reached out to one of the managers to ensure my first payment was to be made to city lending and was advised it does. Days later i found out my load had been sold and my payment was supposed to go to a different financial company. my payment was supposed to be forwarded and supposedly it was on the first week of the month but is now the end of the month and the new lender has not received my payment as of yet and the whole time I had the option to make the payment online

The buyers buying my house used this lending company. They are awful. They are slow and incompetent. They lie all the time can never give a truthful answer from anyone there. We had to go up the whole chain to the CEO of the company to get answers because the loan officer and underwriter had no idea what the heck they were doing. Loan process can be frustrating but they made it 10x worse. Save yourself some trouble and find someone else. I would not recommend them, they do not know the meaning of GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE. I received multiple estimates with different quotes and I attempted to close four different times, they will cheat you if you do not pay attention to the numbers!!
