RecommendedLiving at CityScape Flats has been truly amazing! The staff has been so friendly and helpful from the very first phone call. The apartments are super spacious and updated, the fitness center is open 24/7, there is covered parking, and a spacious outdoor area with a pool! The location is also perfect and within close distance to everything around Fort Wayne. Highly recommend!😊
Wow! We haven't even moved in yet, and the staff has been unbelievably helpful!! I am so excited and grateful to be moving in at the end of the month, and I cannot wait for my journey here to begin🥰

Cityscape Flats is a great place to live. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The workout room is open 24/7 and it is rarely crowded. Its large club room is located on the forth floor and it overlooks part of the beautiful baseball stadium. Cityscape Flats is located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne. There are several shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. I’m glad I live here because it offers what I need.

We love living at Cityscape Flats! Very quiet, comfortable, safe and clean! Fun resident events to enjoy too. Living close to downtown Fort Wayne restaurants, events etc has been great!
These gals rock! I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and they not only got the company to come out after hours, but delivered them to my apartment within 2 hours. Makayla, thank you so much!!!!!

Great place to live as a dog lover with the expansive 2nd floor dog park! The pool area could use some better furniture or decor. And also more seating in the outdoor grill area.

I’ve lived at CityScape since day 1 and have loved it here ever since. The courtyard with the “pool” is a great thing to have in the warm months and not space you normally find downtown. Great place to have a cookout, let your dog run around with his/her apartment friends and to socialize with your neighbors. Everything is kept in great condition and maintenance is quick to assist you with any needs you may have. The staff is top notch, the apartments are great, the fitness center will occasionally have a treadmill down and the tv’s have gotten a little worse since I moved in, the grills have been broken/unusable for a few months, the covered and gated parking is great for the winters and the heat of the summers, the courtyard is great but I wish we could have a community garden in it along with the reflecting pool (couldn’t figure out the fire pit yet!), the club room is good for the occasional hangout, and the location is great.
