I am so thankful for Civic Feline and the doctors and staff. I started bringing my senior cat there for over a year now and thanks to them, my cat is a whole new cat and so much happier. From her teeth extractions to her hyperthyroidism diagnosis to her hip arthritis and now diagnosed high blood pressure. I love Civic Feline Clinic!! Two years ago I found a 3 week old kitten and they were the only vet who would let me bring her in last minute to make sure she was okay. I ended up switching my older cat to them as well because of how kind, responsive, and thorough they are. I later found 3 more stray kittens and enrolled them at this vet too. All 5 of my children go here and they are just so amazing. They always remember me/them and are always so happy to see us - even the cats who freak out at the vet! I met with Dr. Smith. She is such a good listener, and so caring and knowledgeable about cats. But, then again I think all the vets in this facility are wonderful too! I highly recommend Civic Feline Clinic!
Dr. Kuperman is phenomenal. She, and the rest of the staff, take really good care of my kitties with a thoughtful and loving approach. She makes the visit less scary for both my fur babies and for me, listening to and answering all my questions. We are very grateful for her and Civic Feline Clinic.
MANAGEMENT THERE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DESPITE HOW GREAT THE DOCTORS ARE: Update on my unfortunate experience with the Civic Felinie vet clinic: So on April 11, 2024, at 8:35 AM, I dropped off my cat for spaying, INFORMED the staff that I could NOT pick her up between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM. None the less, At 12:40 PM, I was told to pick her up between 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM I called the clinic at 4:45 PM and explained my situation. The receptionist was very rude and misleading.
