The process was a little lengthy but with the help of Carrie Rose I was able to accomplish so much. She has been a great help and is a great addition to the team and has been doing an amazing job assisting meet accomplish everything whether that is helping me get into the tenant login, help me understand the lease, helping me be able to pay for the deposit and rent in person via money order, and it's just a really nice and amazing worker. I am so happy to be able to work with somebody like Carrie Rose during this process.
Overall the team is responsive and will get back to your concerns in a timely fashion. There is one individual at the St Louis office who just gets it. Her name is Carrie Rose and if she's on your team then you've got a 6 star player who's good with customers and owners alike. Her get it done attitude is fantastic! I've had some issues with the marketing not having current pictures of exterior and interior of properties being advertised, some struggles with make ready quality and oversight, lastly is the erroneous fees.
Carrie Rose is a consummate professional and is a pleasure to work with.
