We have been working with Dr. Shannon for the past few years for my daughter's congenital femoral deficiency condition. We travel from Ohio to see her in Florida at the Paley Institute and feel very comfortable and in the best hands with her. She is personable, caring, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with these unique conditions. We met for the first time yesterday in the clinic due to some changes in appointments, but the doctor welcomed the patient and did not refuse the case and give the patient the appointment and provide the required treatment in her field of work in his time and transfer to a second doctor. Our daughter had a Hard Removal Bilateral Femurs with Dr. Shannon. It was a small surgery but everything happened as planned. She was very careful and attentive with us.

Dr. Shannon is awesome. She is a highly skilled surgeon with an awesome down-to-earth bedside manner. She talks to you not at you allowing you to ask questions without interrupting and answers them so that you understand. You will not be disappointed. The Paley Institute is a great place with awesome doctors and staff.
Bittersweet! I am thankful for Dr. Shannon and all the medical care provided by her and her team. I’m happy our 3 year journey has come to a successful end, I’m saddened that I will not see them because I always felt a sense of hope after my visits with Dr. Shannon. It feels like I’m saying goodbye to family! Thank you for all that you do!
