I cannot say enough nice things about Clairmont at Briar Creek! Not only is it a quiet and safe place to live, but the staff is amazing. Any time I contact maintenance, they always come out and fix whatever I need, no matter how small it is. Every person on the maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to help. They are very conscientious of my space and the fact that I have a cat. They are good people!

Arrived home from work late to find the AC out. Called answering service and Frank from Maintenance responded within a few minutes. Frank came over and had the issue resolved in 10 minutes. Very professional and kind. Thank you Frank!

Veronica is the best, She was professional, patient, and made my moving experience easy, and stress free. My apartment is beautiful, spacious and Everything I needed and more. The community is also gorgeous. She took the time to walk with me throughout and get me comfortable with the property. Thank You for your flexibility. 10/10 will recommend moving here.

We have been living here for over a year and our microwave door was broken. Within no time it was replaced with a brand new unit. Special thanks to Frank, the maintenance guy who made it a smooth and swift process.

My air had been going in and out for the past 2 days, Frank came in and saved the day in a quick and effective way. Being that it is a weekday and the office is close this is an issue that got quickly resolved which means a lot. He was very nice and helpful and got my a.c. working back right in no time. I had a light switch and a shelf from the fridge that needed to be replaced. Frank came by and fixed both issues very quickly. He was polite(always is), came through the door knowing what needed to be done, and got straight to it. I was able to continue my work without any disruption. He cleaned off the shelf before putting it in the fridge. Which is appreciated. Thanks for the excellent service Frank!
