Love it here! The office staff are so friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick and reliable. I don't know what the other reviews about the gym are about, but they have treadmills, eliptical, spin bike, cable machine and 3 tv's! Can't complain for free!! The pool is great also. Very close to SU and they offer a shuttle service. I have been very happy here!
What a great place to live! I have been here for over a year now and I love it! The staff is great and always there when you need them. Its very quiet here, which is great, and yet still in the city for easy commute. The pool and gym are a plus! You can tell the staff here really cares for their residents. I would recommend Clarendon Heights to anyone looking for a quiet, well kept place to live!
Clarendon Heights The apartments themselves are alright. There is a gym, but the hours are terrible so I've never seen it. There is a pool, but Im water soluble. There are repair staff, but thus far nothing has really needed repairs. So all in all, everything is okay but not excellent.
I advise AVOIDING this place I strongly recommend against moving here. I asked the staff for a few extra days to thoroughly clean the apartment before moving out. I explicitly asked if any additional fees would be associated with the extension or moving out. The staff assured me that I would only be billed for the extra days, and when I asked if there was anything else to be aware of, they said no. However, about a week later, I received a bill for over $2,000. Apparently, because I didn’t vacate the apartment on time, my le... read more
Mouse lovers dream Clarendon Heights has a serious mice problem that maintenance refuses to fix properly. They only offer temporary solutions, so I’ve ended up paying for pest control myself. Management needs to step up.
Very poor no security No help after apartment was broken into and car was stolen , would not share camera footage. Tried to say I set my self up to be robbed so they wouldn’t let me change units They tried to force me out of the apartment rather then let us change units. The gym is horrible and the pool is small and water is dirty. It only looks good on paper.
Awful If you don’t live under someone noisy it’s not the worst place. If you do there will be no solution at all and it’s a nightmare.
"Unique Features" The appliances I got when moving in were kind of old. The "gym" is a complete joke, but I would encourage people to see it for themselves. The staff is nice and friendly. The bathrooms are very cramped. The neighborhood around it is very bad!!! For the price you can find way better apartments in better areas.
