I have been fortunate to have Dr. Harris as my primary for at least 3 years. She sees me on short notice when needed, and is knowledgable, with a confident and calm manner. (She is also very kind and likable!)
The Dr did ask if I needed any refills to medications I am currently taking
Dr. Harris has been my wife's and my primary care Dr. for more than 15 years and she continues to be a very careful and observant professional during every visit. She has discovered urgent health issues for both of us and guided us in the best direction for proper care within the Holy Cross Network. We are thankful for her constant help and guidance and cannot imagine having to make a change to another physician.

Dr Harris listens to the patient. She answers all of your questions and explains things so the patient can understand. She is very thorough and knowledgeable….and of course she is very friendly!
Very organized office. Very pleasant nurse. Dr. Harris was very pleasant, took her time, listened, did not rush thru my appointment, explained why she ordered tests etc. I was very pleased to meet her,, and I am happy I switched to her office.

I do like Dr Harris a lot. She is very thorough and very caring. However…….Ever since Holy Cross moved to Centralized Scheduling, the patient service (customer service) has declined. This applies to both on the phone and also in the physical office. Unfortunately, the staff technically works for Holy Cross and not for each individual doctor, so they do not have as much control. Make sure you ask all of your questions while you are in the office. It is difficult to get office staff or medical assistants to call you back.
