Great communication and processing times. My only complaint is I think already known. I would have liked an official appraisal review by a second appraiser or second appraisal, other than that everything was great. I even understand that an appraisal is an opinion, just I feel that this appraisal was not well done and was low. Even $5k further would have been acceptable and also helped me out.
